		<description>Yes!  We often abdicate our choices to others instead of making the choices we need to make.  Sometimes this "seems" easier, but in the long run the consequences are harder to manage.  Andrew, this is an excellent article that flips conventional wisdom about "work and life" on its head.  "Taking responsibility."  "Acting instead of Reacting."  In this age where Job Security is an oxymoron, it pays to reevaluate our mindset and see our bosses as our customer/clients.  This is the time where personal Branding is being focused on and creative excellence is being explored.  Thank you again for providing food for thought.
