I get Apple and Eve Passion Fruit Mango juice (100% juice with no added sugar) and buy frozen peaches, mango, and sometimes blueberries.

I'll fill the cup about 2/3rds full of fruit, add a heaping tablespoon of flax meal (good source of fibre and Omega 3 fatty acids), a heaping tablespoon of wheat germ (not everyone will like the texture of this) and 2 tablespoons full of protein powder. I the pour in juice until it just covers the fruit and blend.

Play with the portions of fruit and juice - mixing will thicken the smoothie and you need to leave enough room for it to expand.
